Graduation Card

I am playing a little bit of catch up! I have to admit, I am just now sending this card! With my daughter graduating, having surgery on her ACL, preparing her to leave for college, work, and the Stampin' Up! convention I have been a bit busy. But they say better late than never right :-) I will just keep telling myself that.

I have to give credit for the design of this card to Jackie Topa She created a video at our special SU Demo creative zone. I changed it up a bit from hers but I love that it can work for any occasion!

Convention 2011 Recap!

WOW is all really can say about Convention! I was in awe of the spectacular displays and demonstrations on stage. The company was so generous to us. They gave us stamps, make & take projects to share with our customers & friends, lunch every day with a yummy dessert afterwards, an awards party that had great dancing and by far the BEST cupcakes I have ever eaten!! A great bag to carry all my supplies in to my next workshop, a package of the new catalogs and so much more.

They invited all first time attendees & VIP's (I was both!!) to come and take our 2 seconds in the spotlight on stage. It was amazing to look out into the crowd and see 3000 fellow demonstrators! I had no idea this was happening Shelli thought she would surprise us, otherwise I would have dressed a little nicer.

Because I recruited in April I was invited to the VIP room at Convention. It was loaded with comfy couches, drinks, sweet treats, and a few guest stopped by to chat. I was fortunate to meet the CEO and co-founder, Shelli Gardner, and she was so happy to hear that I just joined the SU family and had already recruited. I told her it was easy to share my passion!

I can’t wait to finish going through all the swaps I received and start creating! You will be seeing some awesome projects shortly!! I am energized to take my new business to the next level. I have made some commitments to myself on the plane ride home (that I will post here shortly) to keep myself motivated! I am looking forward to a fantastic year.
